Ready for school

Galveston

This is a statue on the sea wall in Galveston, in memory of the Hurricane in the early 1900's that wiped out the island. This was a picture of the waves during Hurricane IKE.

This is the same statue last week. You can see how big it is compared to the kids.

This is a boat that, like many others, washed inland. The natural water line is about 200 yards from this spot.

Creating Value Award

I received an award called "Creating Value". The give 5 awards for the year. This is our CEO. Yes, I am wearing 3 inch tall shoes and I am 6.5 months pregnant, but you get the idea.
